Pretty, floral, and fragrant on the nose; the wine shows lemon, lime, and grapefruit, and is bursting with lip-smacking fresh fruit and balanced acidity on the palate, along with a hint of that classic Grk bitterness. This wine is light-bodied, but exhibits a sense of creaminess and has a medium-long finish.
The 2025 Grk is a blend of multiple plots selected by Winemaker Josip Milina, who we learned is more than a hands-on winemaker. He handles all aspects of the winemaking process himself, and with a zen-like approach to winemaking and life. Just ask him!
