This is a classic Bordeaux-style varietal blend of the five noble grapes (I know you know them). Wow, aromas waft at first nose of juicy blue fruit, briar patch, white pepper, and perfume. This is a Yakima Valley red, after all.
This wine was just released in May 2025, and alcohol and tannins are still apparent, but I’m confident these will integrate over time. I tasted this wine over two days to see how it develops, and it settled out nicely. Drink now with food or hold 7 to 10 years.
