This is a very good Riesling aged in 100% Stainless steel, from two Columbia Valley vineyards. This wine is greenish yellow in the glass, clean and fresh on the palate, with lots of citrus, honey, and white blossoms. The wine is off-dry and nicely balanced with bright acid Lively acidity. Well done, Jackie!
We enjoyed this wine with the chef’s salad topped by smoked salmon, hard eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, you know, a classic chef. I also recommend a spicy Thai or Indian food pairing.
