This pink sparkler bursts with aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose petals, and has a fresh acidity perfect for smoked salmon, one of our favorite pairings. Since we’re talking about pairing, we enjoyed these bubbles with simple ingredients – Finn Crisp crackers topped with labneh and smoked coho salmon. Any smoked salmon will do including lox.

The sparkling rose’ is 100% Grenache and clocks in at only 12.5% alcohol. Careful my friends, this is a very good wine that can become an everyday go-to. After all, bubbles aren’t just for the holidays.
This rose’ has bright fresh fruit, and a nice herbal character, and because of the pleasant acidity, it will also pair well with green salads with citrus or tree fruits, or beet salads. Salty snacks and fried chicken or fish dishes will shine in this pairing. Enjoy!
