It’s “Mom Juice” Rose’, so what’s not to love? I have to admit being surprised, and expecting an off-dry Rose’ (which it is). But this wine delivers balance with a kiss of strawberry goodness and tingly acidity on the palate. I enjoyed the pleasant finish and round mouth feel. The Mom Juice Rose’ is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Zinfandel (which provides the sense of fruitiness).
Tonight, I’m serving this wine with shrimp tacos and a green salad with raspberries and Mexican pepitas. The salinity of the shrimp and juiciness of the raspberries really worked well. Try this pairing, and thank me in the morning. I think winemaker KT will approve 😉
