The Ghost Hill Cellars Pinot Noir Blanc is the wine most emblematic of this brand. This wine should please both dry white and rose’ wine drinkers. It’s pale gold to rose in color and may be mistaken for an orange wine. It’s light-bodied showing tart lemon curd and stone fruit flavors. This wine can stand on its own as a porch sipper and solid pairing white. The acidity makes this a terrific wine with salads, poultry, grilled shrimp, and light fin fish.
Since this is Pinot Noir and ages well, you can drink now or hold an additional 1-3 years. Click here for the WineCharacters interview.
