This Pinot Gris is electric light rose in color. There’s a tart freshness and citrus aromas followed by savory notes on the palate.
This is a light-medium bodied crisp orange wine, fresh fruited with bright acidity, ideal for food pairing, and I imagine quite versatile at only 12% alcohol. The Pinot Gris had extended skin contact according to the winemaking notes.
