This is a juicy red blend from the folks at Frichette Winery, located in the Red Mountain AVA of Washington State. This is a very good and wonderfully easy drinking wine that we enjoyed with a pancetta and Walla Walla onion frittata, complemented with a classic Greek salad.
The blend is 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 33% Cab Franc. It displays light-medium acidity and soft tannins.
