Egan Vineyard in the case of these Viognier grapes.
This is a very good off-dry, medium-bodied Viognier, fermented in stainless steel with some neutral oak treatment. We chose this wine to pair with grilled calamari (tubes and tentacles) and basil pesto pasta. The fruitiness and floral nature of the wine worked well with the salty umami pairing.
